报告人:Assoc. Prof. Lee Thong See Department at National University of Singapore & Research in Fluid Transients with Air Entrainment 时间:9月1号(周四),下午4:00 地点:力学一楼239房间 ABSTRACT: During the operations of complex fluid systems, it is inevitably that unsteady and transient flow conditions will be encountered. Considerations are thus required in the system design stages that the unsteady fluid system operations do not give rise to unacceptable flow and/or pressure transient conditions. If the severe flow situation arises, it is necessary to design suitable methods for their control. This research seeks to provide a better understanding of the fluid transient phenomena with air entrainment and the associated theories so as to better assist researchers and engineers in their design of well protected fluid systems under unsteady operations. A new model of air entrainment is proposed in the present studies.
